How do I apply my decal?
All orders include a copy of our helpful and simple how to apply your decal instructions.
Please read the application instructions and tips on the back side of this paper to get the best results.
Clean the Surface
Clean the application surface with 70% isopropyl alcohol and allow to completely dry. Be sure to remove any dirt, dust or debris and verify the surface is free from any grease, wax or residue.
Ensure Tape Adherence
Place the decal face down against a flat surface and use a credit card to smooth over the back side. This will help make sure the decal is fully adhered to the transfer tape prior to application.
Peel the Backing
With the decal face down, carefully peel back the bottom left corner of the backing paper, ensuring the vinyl sticks to the transfer tape. If the vinyl lifts up, slowly lower the backing paper back down and use your credit card to smooth over the area where the vinyl is lifting.
Carefully Position
Carefully place the decal (still attached to the transfer tape) to the surface you wish to apply the decal.
Smooth Over
Using a credit card, carefully smooth over the transfer tape starting from the center and moving outward. Do this multiple times in all directions to ensure the decal completely adheres to the surface.
Peel the Transfer Tape
Slowly peel away the transfer tape from the decal. Make sure the vinyl stays adhered to the application surface and does not come up with the transfer tape. If it does, lay it back down and use the credit card to press the decal back onto the application surface.
Done, High-Five!
That's it! Your decal is now properly applied. Please allow at least 24 hours to pass before exposing your decal to the elements such as rain, water or dust.
Helpful Tips
- Take your time! Moving too quickly always results in bad application!
- Only apply your decal to dry, smooth and non-porous surfaces.

What should I do if the decal keeps coming up with the transfer tape.
No problem! Just lay the transfer tape back down and use a spreader or a credit card to smooth back over the transfer tape. Some surfaces are trickier than others and require extra attention. Keep smoothing back over the transfer tape and slowly peeling up to check if the decal is sticking. This may take 3 or 4 times before the decal will really adhere.
How long can I leave my decal attached to the transfer tape?
We recommend applying your decal with 30 days of receiving it. Waiting too long makes it difficult for the transfer tape to release.
